The Infinix Zero 40 5G, unveiled a couple of weeks ago, will launch in India on September 18 at noon local time. Infinix hasn’t revealed how much the Zero 40 5G will cost in India, but it confirmed the smartphone will be sold through Flipkart.
The Infinix Zero 40 5G is powered by the Dimensity 8200 Ultimate SoC with 12GB RAM and up to 512GB storage onboard. It runs Android 14-based XOS 14.5 out of the box, and fueling the entire package is a 5,000 mAh battery with 45W wired charging support. It also supports 20W wireless and 10W reverse wired charging.
The Infinix Zero 40 5G packs a 6.78″ 144Hz 2,436×1080-pixel curved AMOLED display and features four cameras – 108MP primary (OIS), 50MP ultrawide (120˚ FOV), 2MP depth, and 50MP selfie.
The selfie camera can record 4K@60fps videos, and the Zero 40 5G also comes with a GoPro mode, allowing users to pair the smartphone with a compatible GoPro camera and use the phone as a viewfinder or to control shooting modes.
