Honor announced a partnership with Porsche Design in the final days of last year. We already saw the first phone to come out of it with the Honor Magic V2 RSR Porsche Design and the second one isn’t going to take long to arrive.
Honor Magic6 Porsche Design will be announced in March, reveals Digital Chat Station on their Weibo profile. More excitingly, the phone will be the first to have a new 1″ camera sensor by OmniVision.

This is the second time we hear Honor will bring the 50 MP OV50K sensor to its Magic6 lineup. The current flagship, the Magic6 Pro, also uses a 50 MP camera from the same provider, but it is the OVH9000 sensor that is 1/1.3″ in size.
The new camera sensor is supposed to compete with the 1″ LYT-900 solution by Sony, seen in the Oppo Find X7 Ultra. The leakster also made a comparison with the Xiaomi 14 Ultra, which is also expected to use the second-gen camera sensor by the Japanese maker.
