The iQOO 12 launched in India a couple of days ago will go on sale in the country today starting noon local time through Amazon.in and iQOO’s official Indian website. It comes in Alpha and Legend versions with two memory options – 12GB/256GB and 16GB/512GB, priced at INR52,999 ($635/€585) and INR57,999 ($695/€640), respectively. However, with multiple offers, you can get both models for up to INR5,000 less ($60/€55).
The iQOO 12 is India’s first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3-powered smartphone. It runs Android 14-based Funtouch OS 14 out of the box and comes with the promise of three years of Android version upgrades and four years of security updates. The latter will be rolled out monthly for the first three years.
The iQOO 12 is built around a 6.78″ 144Hz LTPO AMOLED display of 2,800×1,260-pixel resolution and packs a 5,000 mAh battery with 120W wired charging support. It features a 16MP selfie camera and a triple camera system on the rear comprising 50MP primary, 50MP ultrawide, and 64MP periscope telephoto units.
The rest of the iQOO 12’s highlights include an in-display fingerprint scanner, stereo speakers, and a Supercomputing Chip Q1.
