Circle to Search launched in January on Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series and was then released by Google for its Pixels. The feature’s exclusivity to Samsung and Google devices is ending, however, in a good bit of news for us consumers.
According to leaked promo materials, the upcoming Xiaomi 14T and 14T Pro, which will become official next week, on September 26, will both ship with Circle to Search preinstalled.
In fact, it will be an important part of Xiaomi’s marketing push for these devices, along with other Google Gemini-powered AI features like AI Notes, AI Interpreter, AI Subtitles, and AI Voice Recorder.
The leaked images also confirm the fact that the 14T will be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8300-Ultra chipset, paired with 12GB of RAM and 512GB of expandable storage. The phone will have a 5,000 mAh battery with support for 67W wired charging, which takes it from zero to 100% in 45 minutes. The camera system will comprise of a 50 MP main shooter using Sony’s IMX906 sensor, a 50 MP telephoto, a 12 MP ultrawide, and a 32 MP selfie shooter.

The 14T Pro is expected to be identical save for the Dimensity 9300+ chipset used, and perhaps it will charge faster too. Both devices should have a 6.67-inch 1120×2712 OLED screen with 144 Hz refresh rate, IP68 dust and water resistance, and they will run Android 14 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS on top.
